Chariperson: Lisa Aguilera, Realtor at Aspire Hometown Realty

Lisa Aguilera has been a licensed Realtor since August 2006. After growing a successful real estate career, Lisa fulfilled a dream by opening Aspire Hometown Realty in downtown Tracy.  Lisa is passionate about serving her community and helping the community members thrive and it is through her office that she hopes to make the greatest impact on a variety of levels. It is through her involvement in the community she recognized that there is a need for assistance in emergency/catastrophic situations that is not being fulfilled by other organizations. In partnering with other community members who recognized the same need, she hopes to positively impact the community and address the need.  In addition to working as a full time Realtor, Lisa has served on the Tracy Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2011, is a Board member with Good Samaritan Community Services Tracy and is on the Central Valley Association of Realtors Tracy council.


Member at Large: Robert Ruibal, Realtor/Team Manager at The Aguilera Real Estate Team

Robert is a licensed Realtor and Team Manager for The Aguilera Real Estate Team at Aspire Hometown Realty. Robert is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus with a B.S. in Finance. Robert managed a top producing Litigation support firm while in school up until a year after graduation. Robert embraces community involvement and hopes to help make a difference with CHCV. Robert sees the need for assistance in emergencies and catastrophes in the Tracy area and hopes to achieve the organization's ultimate goal in fulfilling that need.

Secretary: Marilyn Chapman, Salesperson at First American Home Buyers Protection

Marilyn Chapman has 17 years of experience and expertise in the home warranty industry working with the real estate community. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and a positive home warranty experience. Marilyn also cares for her community and likes to go above and beyond for those in need. In partnering with other community members, Marilyn hopes to make a difference. Marilyn has been a part of the Central Valley Association of Realtors in several different cities and it is through her support of the real estate community over the past years that she has made even greater contributions to the communities at large.

Vice Chairperson: Jeff Wolfgang, Realtor at Aspire Hometown Realty

Jeff Wolfgang is a realtor with the Wolfgang Realty Group, at Aspire Home Town Realty. After graduating from Embry­Riddle Aeronautical University, with a B.S. in Aeronautical Science and a minor in Aerodynamics and Meteorology, he pursued a career as a commercial airline pilot. He made a career change, after the birth of his first son, and became a Police Officer/Firefighter for the City of Sunnyvale. Becoming a Police Officer/Firefighter allowed him to fulfill his true passion of helping others and trying to make a difference in the world. Unfortunately his career came to an end due to an on duty injury. He remains passionate about making a difference in the world and helping others in any way he can. He has lived in Tracy since 2009 and loves the small town feel and the community. He looks forward to working with others, helping those who are in a difficult time in their life, and building relationships.


Member at Large: Steve Abercrombie, Police Officer, Tracy Police Department

Steve Abercrombie is currently employed as a police officer for the City of Tracy. He have been in law enforcement for 28 years. He teaches the D.A.R.E. program in 75 fifth grade classes annually. He is involved with several nonprofits including D.A.R.E., Case 4 Kids, Bendy Kids, Brighter Christmas and Good Samaritan Community Services of San Joaquin County.
Caring Hearts is a wonderful way for us, as a community to help those during difficult times.  It allows us, as a community, to truly be good neighbors and follow what God has directed us to do for each other.

Treasurer: Roni Gonzalez, Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Diversified Capital

Roni is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Diversified Capital Funding and has been in the mortgage business for 19 years.  Roni is passionate about helping others and has been affiliated with several fundraising organizations.  She has also served on the board of the Tracy chapter of the Central Valley Association of Realtors.  Roni's care for her clients and the integrity with which she approaches her business compliments her drive to support and contribute to her community.
